1 General Provisions

3 Account Registration & Management

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit at ck344 will receive a 120% First Deposit Bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳41,000.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit. For example, receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means a total of ৳24,000 (1,200 × 20) must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim the benefit of each promotion only once.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after a bonus is earned, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled and the bonuses forfeited.
• ck344 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion or bonus.
• Bonuses apply only after real money has been used.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

Users may request to close their account at any time. All valid balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed. A self-exclusion request can also be submitted as part of responsible gaming.

9 Limitation of Liability
